Howdy Nazworth family!

It is so great to hear from you all! How are you doing? It has been far too long since we have caught up! What is the family up to?

Thank you for your kind comments on our blog post! We loved having you all in our home and our little corner of the West. It is hard to believe 10 years have passed. Where does the time go? We will certainly give Bonnie and Blanche a few pats from you all and say howdy!

It would be great to stay in contact with you all! Are you on our e-newsletter mailing list? If not, would you like to be added to the list? We will also be sending out a printed newsletter in late February. If you address has changed over the past 9 years, we would love to update and send you our printed newsletter too!

Thank you again for your kinds words. If it ever works out for you all, it would be fantastic to have you all out to our little slice of heaven to experience the West TRR style once again!

Have a great day and best wishes to all!

The Tesch Family - Kevin, Lisa, Kelvin, Bridget, Kurtis, Kody, Klayton, Wyatt (10), Carson (9), Harlie Ann (8), Paisley Jane (5), and Danielle Rose (4)

The hayride was our family's first activity upon our arrival at TRR. We had just settled in and had no idea just how special our vacation would become that week! We began getting to know your family on that ride as you introduced us to the beautiful country that is your home. It's hard to believe it has been 10 years! So much has changed since then, but one thing has not, and that is our wish that we could be back there right now! Please give Bonnie and Blanche some pats for all of us. We wish you 10 more years of happy days at TRR!

Best regards from our family to yours,

Hi Shawnee! You are very correct. Bonnie and Blanche are always side by side at the fence greeting everyone who passes through our gate! Thank you for reminding me of this because they truly are a wonderful sight when coming or going from the ranch.
Have a great day Shawnee!

Bonnie and Blanche are also your unofficial greeters. As a visitor turns into your driveway from the County Road, the first thing you see are your two beautiful girls in the pasture. What a welcoming sight ! They sent us on our way as we left for a ride and welcomed us back on our return. They are a strikingly beautiful pair and add much to the sheer delight of being at Tarryall.

Hi Shawnee,

Great to hear from you. The growing season sounds a little backwards compared to what I am used to. I do miss the gardens that I grew up with, but I would not trade living in this little part of heaven for anything.
Speaking of blueberries, my dad would bring home the whole back end of a pickup truck filled with boxes of blueberries, when I was a kid. He would drive up into Canada and pick them.
I have just recently started using more fresh herbs and love it. I was really never taught much in that area but I am learning. Maybe someday I can grow some herbs of my own.
Cookbook news.............. Drum roll please........ YES!!! We are making a revised second edition that will be out in June. It will have a good number of the old ones as well as plenty new ones. Update some pictures. Yes, we will be working hard on that the next couple of months.Do you have any suggestions of what you might like to see in the cookbook?
Homeschooling is going good, we have used all the wonderful things you brought from Florida for some our science work. So thank you very much. That was so thoughtful of all of you ladies.
The weather has been fairly mild to my standards. I could use some more snow. The last couple of days the kids have been playing baseball outside.
We are all well here.
Hope your are having a great new year!
Take care,
Bridget

Thanks for sharing the recipe Bridget. Any progress on a new cookbook?..(In your spare time !!). I hope all is well with you, Stay safe and warm. I have my air conditioner on for two weeks now, it is in the 80's in Hollywood, Fl..
My garden is doing great, I have 6 producing tomato plants, broccoli, romaine 3 blueberry bushes and assorted herbs growing right now. By June, everything starts to die because it gets too hot and humid.
Weird, huh? I long for clear cold weather and you are probably yearning for some warmth.
