2012 staff!

October is always a difficult month for the Tesch family at our Colorado guest ranch.  As our final guests for the season pull out of the driveway and the staff that has shared our home for four months or more packs up their wranglers and chaps, we start to wonder how on earth the summer went so fast!  This causes us to look back on the guest ranch season and the past months and think of all the great times had by guests and staff alike.  We think of all the activities offered in our guest ranch vacation package and the smiles and laughter brought to so many by these activities.  We think of all the families who simply had the time of their lives on their family guest ranch vacation with us.  We think of the first-time horseback riding experiences (trotting and loping!).  We think of the kids beaming faces after running around the barrels on their horse.  We think of awe as sunrise hikers see the view from atop Lizard Rock for the first time.  We think of all the ravings about the homemade breads, desserts and simply delicious meals.  We think of new friendships and fun!  It makes us sad to see another season gone by but also makes us excited for the next summer around the corner!
